The Special Projects Division specializes in fast-paced, turnkey commercial and industrial HVAC modernization projects ranging from $500 to $500,000 with accelerated start-to-finish turnaround times.

For 25 years AA Advance Air’s Special Projects Group has been providing turnkey design, installation and system modernization for existing buildings. Because AA Advance Air self performs HVAC design and all the supporting trades necessary to ‘Fast Track’ projects, we are able to effectively manage our craftsmen, ensure superior quality control, and meet the most rigorous time schedule, in budget.
