Garden Condominium
at Las Olas
One landmark project is The Water Garden Condominium at Las
Olas, an upscale $40 million, 30-story residence tower
located at 347 New River Drive in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Developed by Minot Builders, the 483,000-square-foot
condominium offers 319 luxury units, with AA Advance Air
handling air condition contracting including a cooling tower
and smoke evacuation system under its $2.6 million contract
with The Weitz Company, construction manager, of West Palm
Beach |

Furniture Headquarters, Showroom and Distribution Facility
In another major project, AA Advance Air provided the
chilled water system for the $32 million,
500,000-square-foot City Furniture Headquarters, Showroom
and Distribution Facility in Tamarac, under a $1.3 million
contract with Stiles Construction Company of Fort Lauderdale |
Jupiter
Yacht Club Condominium
AA Advance Air
served as mechanical contractor for the newly completed $15
million Jupiter Yacht Club Condominium, a 6-story luxury
residence developed by general contractor Coastal

West Insurance Services Headquarters
In Davie, the company recently provided HVAC for the new $7
million, 100,000-square-foot Bristol West Insurance Services
Headquarters under a $.8 million contract with general
contractor Schaffer Corporation of West Palm Beach. |
Aviation
Sales Headquarters
AA Advance Air recently completed the new $25 million,
630,000-square-foot Aviation Sales Headquarters in Miramar,
under a $1.3 million contract with general contractor
Schaffer Corporation of West Palm Beach. |

Miramar
Medical Center Office Building
As mechanical contractor for the new $5 million,
52,000-square-foot Miramar Medical Center Office Building,
AA Advance Air provided two 75-ton Trane Intelpac roof-top
package units, VAV boxes, sheet metal duct and a Trane
building Management System under a contract with Stiles
Construction Company of Fort Lauderdale. |
Waterford Life Care Community
Also active in renovations and retrofits, AA Advance Air
recently removed two low-efficiency chillers and
installed two new 300-ton high-efficiency centrifugal
chillers and a cooling tower for the 12-story Waterford
Life Care Community in North Palm Beach. Under its
contract with Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, AA
Advance Air also provided temporary chilled water
cooling so that the facility was never without
conditioned air. |

Florida Power and
Light Office Building
The company also provided HVAC for Florida Power and
Light's new $18 million, 5-story, 120,000-square-foot
Juno Beach Office building. AA Advance Air's scope
included two chillers, variable speed air handlers, VAV
boxes, sheet metal ductwork and Liebert units under a
$1.4 million contract with general contractor Elkins
Constuctors, Inc. of Jacksonville |

Venezia Las Olas Condominium
AA Advance Air also served as mechanical contractor for
the new $20 million, 17-story Venezia Las Olas
Condominium in Fort Lauderdale. Totaling
185,000-square-feet including its 4-story parking
garage, the residence tower offers 52 units and AA
Advance Air provided air conditioning contracting
including water-cooled package units, a cooling tower,
controls and heat exchanger under its $.9million
contract with Premier Developers.
